About Karen Brody and Sexcess Coaching:
I am the “Sexcess Coach.” I work in an absolutely direct and deeply loving way with you, to move you through fears and blocks into your most authentic and alive sexual expression.
I help you get at the core of what you want to express, and what needs healing in order for you to be fully expressed. And I help you do this fast.
We all want better sex, but if you don’t know what’s holding you back, whether that’s the past, fear, or lack of information, you can’t possibly have better sex. I can see this in you – whether we work by phone or in person.
The fact that you’re here reading this means that you definitely want to learn more. You’re ahead of most people, already. Most people never seek help because they don’t admit that they need it – that they’re not master lovers – or that perhaps there is something unfulfilled or unsatisfied within them.
Great sex is not a given. We only get the starter kit, and within that kit is the desire and the equipment. When you work with someone like me, who has studied and mastered what it takes to make love with ease, joy and amazing pleasure, you get to step over years and years of frustration and heartache. You get to start enjoying lovemaking more, now. Not after years of heartache, avoiding relationship, or divorce.
But it means giving up the idea that you “should” know it all. Like mastering anything, there must be learning and growth, and a sense of humiliation. Otherwise you’re just stuck where you are.
How I Work
First we find out where you are and where you want to be. From there, I help you to move in the direction of what you want to experience – with tools, practices, insights, and a clearing of what doesn’t work.
I help you see what’s in your way, and guide you with powerful principles toward how to experience what you want. We work with practices and real applications, so that you can see, feel and get feedback about real change in bed and within your whole life.
I use the wisdom of experience, sacred psychology, and Tantra to guide you toward your greatest opening in love and pleasure.

You can expect my complete awareness of you, and my full attention. You can expect to be guided to embrace your truth, to act with integrity and to grow out of destructive patterning and into loving union with yourself. You can expect sessions that are purposeful and directed toward your highest good and toward sex that elevates your experience.

What I Expect from my Clients:
I expect you to be dedicated to your growth and your practice. I work with people who clearly want change and growth in their sexual experience. I require a three-session minimum to begin, as I find that it gives us the greatest degree of space to have a deep affect on your experience. Most people continue beyond that initial exploration, and even if you don’t, our sessions will open something important inside of you as a lover, and will enhance your lovemaking experience.
Scheduling:
Our in-person sessions are 1. 5 hours, and phone sessions are one hour. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
What is Sexcess?
Sexcess is a journey of discovering your authentic lover. That journey began a long time ago for you, and if you’re open to growth and learning, the process of mastery deepens. If you didn’t hold back, or focus on performance, what would your sexual experience reflect?
